For Individuals and Teams

to be your best, you need to feel your best.

The demands on today’s athletes are greater than ever. The expectations to be a high performer can have an impact on wellbeing and create overwhelming pressure which impedes performance.

For the players was created with this in mind. Our goal is to help athletes better understand and manage the complex pressures they experience and ultimately help them thrive in all areas of their lives.

our Mission

The wellbeing and success of our clients as they pursue their goals matters. Our mission is to provide counseling and consultation services for youth, college and professional athletes, former athletes, coaches, and anyone else seeking personal growth and performance enhancement.

For athletes, we recognize the negative impact of toxic environments on the relationship between athlete and sport and we work to support athletes who find themselves in these situations. Through our services, we want athletes to heal from these painful experiences and fall back in love with their sport. We acknowledge the importance of reducing stigma around mental health and strive to build out programming that promotes a safe, multi-culturally aware environment that embraces and honors diversity.

Our mentality is that healthy leaders + a healthy team culture = optimal environment for performance enhancement and growth.  Ultimately, this fosters athletes who flourish and teams that succeed.  Our consulting services for teams, coaches, club sports, and businesses focus on promoting leadership that embraces self awareness in order to enhance team culture.

We support players with the following concerns:

Our Philosophy

“Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are.”
